1. Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
- You’ll need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that seasonal or clearance items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact us at support@christmestree.com with:
- Your order number
- A brief reason for return
- Photos (if the item is damaged or defective)
Once your return is approved, we’ll send you the shipping instructions.
Do not send items back without contacting us first, as we may not be able to process your refund.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll replace the item or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
5. Exchanges
Need a different size or color?
We’re happy to help with exchanges for items of equal value. Simply contact us, and we’ll arrange the details.
6. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Clearance or final-sale items
